We have an excellent working relationship with the local planning and building control offices which, together with our knowledge of planning policy, building regulations, construction law and contracts ensure that each of these stages are navigated as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

We work in association with a number of other building professionals, including quantity surveyors, structural engineers, mechanical & electrical engineers, landscape architects & planning supervisors to provide, where necessary, additional services covering project cost planning, structural design, building service design, landscape design and health & safety advice.
